A SUTHERLAND Residential Home Inspection follows the Standards of Practice of the Home Inspectors Association British Columbia. If I can access it, I will inspect and report on it! This includes crawl spaces, attics, and roofs. My Inspection Reports are delivered to you digitally so that you can access them from any device within 24 hours of the Inspection.
